Introduction of Viet Thang Corporation

1.    History of establishment and development.
Viet  Thang  Corporation - a member of Vietnam Textile and Garment group - originally named as VIET - MY KY NGHE DET SOI CONG TY (abbreviated as VIMYTEX ) before 1975 -  was established in 1960 and put into formal operation in 1962 by a number of domestic and foreign investors and specializes in production of various kinds of spun yarns , woven grey and finished fabrics ( printing , dyeing and finishing )
 
In May 1975 , the Government took over , nationalized  and assigned the Ministry of Light Industries to receive , manage and maintain production and business activities to this day .
During the operation , the Company has many times changes its structural organization and with various names :  Viet Thang Textile Factory , Viet Thang Combined Textile Factory , Viet Thang Textile Company and then Viet Thang One Member State Company Limited .
In March 2007 , the Company was equitized and transformed into Viet Thang Textile Joint Stock Company .
By August 2009 it was changed into VIET THANG CORPORATION .
